During this practical and in-depth masterclass, employment law specialist mr. Bente Brouwer will teach you step by step how to build a legally sound and usable personnel file.
Using current legislation, recent case law and recognisable practical situations, you will gain insight into the legal requirements and points of attention regarding building a personnel file and dismissal.
You will also receive a presentation with practical tools and a step-by-step plan for the most common situations in the workplace. Attention is paid to, among other things, underperformance, minor and serious culpable conduct, and workplace conflicts.
Think, for example, of situations in which an employee:
- Does not meet the job requirements or expectations;
- Structurally fails to follow agreements or work instructions;
- Is regularly late;
- Is guilty of undesirable or culpable conduct;
- Is involved in theft or fraud;
- Swears or displays aggressive behaviour in the workplace;
- Ends up in a prolonged workplace conflict or a disrupted working relationship
Afterwards, you will know how to take the right steps in time, which documents and conversations are important, and how to build a file that holds up better legally.
