Corporate Lawyer
In my role as a junior corporate lawyer, I support TLC’s other corporate lawyers with a wide range of legal tasks. I carry out legal research, prepare legal advice, draft legal documents and contribute ideas on various issues. My focus is on company law, contract law and tenancy law, but I also find it valuable to contribute to cases in other areas of law.

What appeals to me about my work is the combination of legal reasoning and finding solutions that work in practice. I get a real buzz from unravelling complex issues and translating them into clear and practical advice. In doing so, I believe it is important to delve deeply into a case and not only look at the legal options, but also take into account what is important to the business. It gives me great satisfaction when my advice genuinely helps an entrepreneur move forward. It is precisely the variety of issues and the contact with different entrepreneurs that really appeals to me in my work.
I think it’s important to make time for friends and family and to nurture those relationships. Doing fun things together and creating lovely memories gives me energy. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking elaborate meals, I like watching Formula 1 at the weekend, and in the summer I regularly go out sailing. I also enjoy going to festivals and concerts, where I savour the music and the convivial atmosphere.
