Corporate Lawyer

Puck de Jong LL.M.

In my role as junior corporate lawyer, I support TLC’s other corporate lawyers with a wide range of legal work. I carry out legal research, prepare advice, draft legal documents and help think through various issues. My focus is on corporate law, contract law and lease law, but I also value contributing to files in other areas of law.

My professional drive

As a junior corporate lawyer at TLC, I support my colleagues with a wide range of legal matters. I contribute to all the preparatory work: from unpicking legal questions and carrying out legal research to reviewing documents and drafting advice and agreements. I’m actively involved in files and think along not only about the practical approach and what’s feasible, but also about the strategically wisest choices for the entrepreneur.

My focus is on corporate law, contract law and lease law. At the same time, I find it important to develop as broadly as possible in practice. That’s why, where needed, I also contribute to files in other areas of law to further broaden my legal perspective.

My personal drive

I think it’s important to make time for friends and family and to maintain those bonds well. Doing fun things together and making great memories gives me energy. In my free time, I consciously choose things that recharge me and make me happy. I enjoy cooking elaborate meals, love watching Formula 1 at the weekend, and regularly go out on the water in summer. I also enjoy visiting festivals and concerts, where I get pleasure from the music, the atmosphere and time spent with others. These moments help me maintain a good balance between work and private life, and start the working week with fresh energy.
