What can you expect

Programme

During this masterclass we go deeper into:

  • The different types of integrity violations and undesirable behaviour, and the relevant laws and regulations such as the Working Conditions Act (Arbo) and the Whistleblowers Act.
  • The different types of internal (informal) and external (formal) legal procedures following a complaint or report;
  • You will learn about the legal position of a confidential adviser and how to arrange this properly within the organisation.
